4. 常規(guī)情況下，大拉鏈管可以卷50Kg拉鏈，染色之后，普通拉鏈燙平機(jī)整燙后的拉鏈或布帶將被拉長(zhǎng)（經(jīng)過測(cè)試結(jié)果為：同一個(gè)拉鏈管的拉鏈取20段1000mm長(zhǎng)的未整燙拉鏈，整燙之后被拉長(zhǎng)10-45mm，20段樣品長(zhǎng)度在1010-1045之間，拉長(zhǎng)比例是1-4.5%）。使用拉鏈送帶機(jī)整燙后的拉鏈，被拉長(zhǎng)變形的比例會(huì)大幅度縮小（用之前同樣的測(cè)試方法，結(jié)果為：整燙之后被拉長(zhǎng)10-15mm，拉長(zhǎng)比例降低為1-1.5%）。
