本公司生產的低熔點尼龍長絲(尼龍熱熔絲)屬國內**,產品通過了歐盟﹙Oeko-Tex? Standard100﹚有害物質檢測,具有熱熔粘合定型、補強、提高織物強力、抗刺穿等作用。

公司完成的“低熔點聚酰胺（尼龍或錦綸）長絲的制備”項目科技成果已于2012年11月17日通過省級科技成果鑒定，鑒定委員會一致認為項目技術達到國內領先水平。產品質量達到或超過國外同類產品。

【用    途】用于制做各種鞋材面料、織布.織帶.制線.花邊.汽車內飾等纖維及紗線粘合;

【顏    色】本白、黑色；其他顏色可定做。

【熔融條件】干熱.濕熱均可;染色上色率與常規纖維同步。

Product quality to meet or exceed the similar foreign products.

2012年4月27日實施了單組分低熔點(LMPET)熱粘合聚酯(滌綸)長絲和單組分低熔點(LMPA)熱粘合聚酰胺(尼龍或錦綸)長絲企業標準；

本公司自主研發的“一種低熔點熱粘合聚酯長絲的紡絲工藝”，已獲中國國家知識產權局于2012年11月7日授予發明專利證書，專利號:ZL 2011 1 0133629.X。

2012年11月單組分低熔點(LMPET)熱粘合聚酯(滌綸)長絲和單組分低熔點(LMPA)熱粘合聚酰胺(尼龍或錦綸)長絲制備工藝技術,順利通過省科技廳的科技成果鑒定,證書號分別為:EK2012D2200100001269、EK2012D220011001270，鑒定委員會一致通過項目鑒定，達到國內領先水平.
