打棉機(jī)、松棉機(jī)、開棉機(jī)fiber-opening machine

用途：用于二維三維螺絲棉、pp棉、公仔棉、普通中空棉進(jìn)行均勻開散蓬松,只要一次性開松,適合玩具廠、沙發(fā)廠、床上用品廠、家紡制衣廠使用；亦可以開松舊羊毛、羊毛衫、舊棉被等。

工程特點(diǎn)：
1、利用大輥筒和多個(gè)小輥筒旋轉(zhuǎn)咬合,1400轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘低轉(zhuǎn)速運(yùn)行,將原棉進(jìn)行高達(dá)上萬次的梳松整理,且不損傷原棉；
 2、采用自動(dòng)送棉裝置，操作安全簡(jiǎn)便，連續(xù)作業(yè)時(shí)間長，維修率低；
 3、無縫鋼管主輥筒，加數(shù)個(gè)小輥筒結(jié)合作業(yè)，開槽纏繞進(jìn)口專用齒條，主輥筒已做高速電子動(dòng)平衡處理，左右誤差僅為0.1-1克，保證機(jī)器運(yùn)行更加平穩(wěn)無震動(dòng)，并且機(jī)器整體使用壽命更長，維護(hù)成本更低。
