水轉(zhuǎn)印(立體曲面批覆)是一種表面批覆有紋路效果的pva膜,經(jīng)化學(xué)處理后,利用其遇水分離及溶解的特性,轉(zhuǎn)印至各類不同型狀的材質(zhì)上,產(chǎn)生一種特殊而高雅的效果增加其價值感的加工技術(shù).

此項技術(shù)乃由日本cubic公司所研發(fā)而成,而且是市場上**能在不規(guī)則物體上全面性印刷出*具質(zhì)感及*佳效果的批覆方式,更已在世界各先進(jìn)國家中廣范使用.

水轉(zhuǎn)印技術(shù)被稱為比較環(huán)保的技術(shù)，也是目前**興的一種高效印刷制作，大概與他脫離印刷過程中的油墨有關(guān)。水轉(zhuǎn)印利用水的壓力和活化劑使水轉(zhuǎn)印載體薄膜上的剝離層溶解轉(zhuǎn)移，基本流程為：

一．膜的印刷：在高分子薄膜上印上各種不同圖案；

 film printing: on a thin polymer film printed on all kinds of different patterns

二．噴底漆：許多材質(zhì)必須涂上一層附著劑，如金屬、陶瓷等，若要轉(zhuǎn)印不同的圖案，必須使用不同的底色，如木紋基本使用棕色、咖啡色、土黃色等，石紋基本使用白色等；

三．膜的延展：讓膜在水面上平放，并待膜伸展平整；

四．活化：以特殊溶劑(活化劑)使轉(zhuǎn)印膜的圖案活化成油墨狀態(tài)；

七．烘干：將被印工件烘干，溫度要視素材的素性與熔點而定；

八．噴面漆：噴上透明保護(hù)漆保護(hù)被印物體表面；

九)烘干：將噴完面漆的物體表面干燥。
