pet轉移膜，在某些行業里成轉移紙，其實其材質是屬于塑料薄膜。pet轉移膜屬于pet離型膜旗下的分類，它主要用于把其它貼膜或貼紙上的文字、圖案轉移到另一物品表面上，而pet轉移膜是起了一個暫時性承載的作用，

　　它主要用做真空鍍鋁的載體，就是將pet膜置于真空鍍鋁機鍍鋁后，涂膠與紙復合，然后將pet膜剝離，鋁分子層通過膠粘作用便轉移到紙板表面上，形成所謂的鍍鋁卡紙。鍍鋁卡紙的生產流程是：pet基膜→離型層→色層→鍍鋁層→涂膠層→轉移到卡紙。

熱轉移印花是近幾年來國際上逐漸興起的一種印染新工藝。首先，用高級印刷技術將特殊的印染（水性或者油性），把所有需要的花色圖案印刷到特種的紙上，制成帶有各種花式的轉移印花紙，然后在轉移印花機上，將轉移印花紙上印有圖案的一面與被印織物密合后，通過熱和壓力的作用，使用花紙的染料產生升華作用，轉移到被印織物上，在被印織物上形成所需的各種圖案。

1.整機式主機機架，堅固不易變形、轉動，導布機械設計靈巧，操作簡便。機器的主要部件主滾筒內部設有內循環系統。通過電加熱、油導熱，使滾筒表面溫度控制在±1℃左右。

3.手動退毯帶裝置，升降溫時脫開毯帶，延長毯帶使用壽命。
