 1.整機式主機機架，堅固不易變形、轉動，導布機械設計靈巧，操作簡便。機器的主要部件主滾筒內部設有內循環系統。通過電加熱、油導熱，使滾筒表面溫度控制在±1℃左右。

2.采用pid自動溫控儀，自動調節保溫電流控制精度高。
3.手動退毯帶裝置，升降溫時脫開毯帶，延長毯帶使用壽命。
4.本機設有布邊紙及墊紙裝置，降低毛毯污染，減少清洗次數。
5.轉印后之成品免處理，花樣色彩鮮明，柔軟光麗，保持色質經久不變。
6.印花速度控制采用變頻控制。
