什么是純滌紗？純滌紗是用滌綸短纖經(jīng)紡紗而成，其短纖又有不同的類別，從長(zhǎng)度來分有棉型纖維，長(zhǎng)度在37毫米左右，有中長(zhǎng)型纖維，長(zhǎng)度在51毫米-57毫米，有毛型纖維，長(zhǎng)度在75毫米-105毫米。



從粗細(xì)來分有細(xì)旦纖維，在1.5D左右，有粗旦纖維在5D左右，也有介于中間的3D左右，當(dāng)然還有更細(xì)的如1D，甚至是超細(xì)纖維如0.1-0.5D。
紗很細(xì)如在50支60支，最好用細(xì)旦纖維紡紗，這樣容易紡均勻，條干好，毛羽少，如果纖維較長(zhǎng)，能增加抱合力，強(qiáng)度也好些，紡成的紗手感細(xì)膩，相反，粗旦紗手感粗糙，毛感較好。等等。紡滌綸短纖紗時(shí)，必須要明確是多粗的纖維，長(zhǎng)度是多少，一般還要知道短纖的產(chǎn)地是哪里的。
