2015年10月1日，美國AAVN公司向美國ITC提出申請，指控美國進口以及美國國內(nèi)市場銷售的部分梭織面料及其同類產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專利權(quán)且存在虛假廣告行為，申請啟動337調(diào)查，并發(fā)布普遍排除令或有限排除令以及禁止令。

Ltd. of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India);印度Indo Count Industries Ltd.;Indo Count Global, Inc., of New York, NY;印度GHCL Ltd;Grace Home Fashions LLC of New York;印度E & E Company, Ltd.;E & E Company, Ltd., d/b/a JLA Home, of Fremont, CA;印度Welspun Global Brands Ltd;Welspun USA Inc. of New York;Elite Home Products, Inc.;印度Pradip Overseas Ltd.;Pacific Coast Textiles, Inc.;Amrapur Overseas, Inc.;Westport Linens, Inc.。
