公司建于1980年,曾先后被評為上海市重點企業(yè),上海市高新技術企業(yè)。1992年起專業(yè)生產(chǎn)丙綸紡粘法無紡布卷材，“風雪牌”PP紡粘法無紡布于1999年至今連續(xù)12年榮獲“上海名牌產(chǎn)品”稱號；于2001年獲得國際BID組織授予第26屆日內(nèi)瓦國際質量金星獎；并于2001年通過ISO質量體系認證，“風雪牌”商標亦于2007年起連續(xù)二屆被評為“上海市著名商標”。
公司占地面積51000平方米，擁有員工200多名，資產(chǎn)總額達2.8億。現(xiàn)公司擁有德國“萊芬豪舍”公司生產(chǎn)的PP紡粘法生產(chǎn)線一條和溫州昌隆公司及沈陽六0六研究所生產(chǎn)的S和SS生產(chǎn)線10條，年產(chǎn)無紡布可達25000噸。
